After my first full year here, I can honestly say that this has been the best career move I have ever made. The support and encouragement that you have given me has been exceptional, the office resources are comprehensive, the marketing & technical support is unmatched in our market, and the flexibility that you have given me is nothing short of fantastic! However, of even more importance, is the fact that the three of you have created a incredibly positive, professional, and supportive environment where it is fun to work.
As a new licensed agent, I wanted to work with a large name brand company with a familiar name that is recognizable in my community. Also I wanted to be affiliated with a company that is known for its excellence and professionalism.
There are many things that stand out. We have an outstanding website, in house title and mortgage companies, not to mention a large educational center. I donâ€™t want to forget our highly trained staff that is broken down into departments such as: showing, marketing, transaction processing, and data entry. Our broker/owners are by far the best as they keep us on top of the marketâ€™s pulse. With all these things established and in place, this office is truly designed to assist us, the agents, allowing us to do our job more efficiently and effectively.
I enjoy the fact that there is a processing department that handles the various tasks of a transaction. This frees me up so that I can better devote my time to sell real estate.
Advantage Realty Inc. mostly provides support to my business and my personal growth through our weekly office workshop meetings. They provide an open forum format many topics are discussed during each meeting. Certainly, my career has benefited by the wealth of experienced agents sharing their tips and tricks on current issues affecting our community and our market.
I have never been so excited in years. They have assembled a team of people that are as good as anyone I have ever worked with in my sales career.
